J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit and all three of the books in the Lord of the Rings trilogy are included in this fabulous box set. This set was released in the 1970s by Ballantine books and comes with a gold foil-wrapped box decorated with runes of Middle Earth.

The books appear to have never been read. The spines are perfect, the pages have a bright yellow on the edges that I didn't even know could be so bright. The box has a slight bow on each side that happens because the books are actually a super tight fit, something fans have noted since its original release.
